STEM/SEL is a class that teaches students about social emotional learning through a hands-on approach. In this class we will use a STEM program to assist the students in understanding how to develop their skills of teamwork, self-awareness, cooperation, empathy, respect, self-management, responsible decision-making skills, and problem solving. They will work on these skills as they work on their engineering skills, build and code robots, improve their public speaking, create circuits, and learn to problem solve in a variety of situations.
